Messy Pirates Waiver Form

Whilst at the Messy Pirates, you are responsible for the children in your care, making sure they are respectful and looking out for their safety at all times. It is your responsibility to let us know if your child has any food allergies when you book on to our classes.


We are happy to provide you with a list of all of our products used if requested. We do not take responsibility for any allergic reactions. As the parent/ carer you need to observe your child whilst playing at all times and use your judgment with resources. 

We try and use edible or non-hazardous items that are age-appropriate, despite this some could become a choking hazard. We do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any accident caused by any product or tool provided.


We ask you to please not attend the session if you or the child in your care are ill due to the risk of spreading this to other families. As we use dyes and other resources that may stain clothing, we ask you to please come to the session in appropriate clothing. We are under no obligation to offer you a refund, in the event that you are unable to attend a session you have booked.


This waiver covers the named people for the session dated below.
